Pel & Ploma

Pel-&-Ploma

“Pel & Ploma” is one of those phrases that makes you wonder how far to go with a translation. The author of this puzzle is Ramon Casas (1866-1932) the artist who did the illustration and served as the magazine’s publisher, editor, art director, principal illustrator and despot from 1899 to 1903.
